Standard FOB Pricing
The prices on this page are FOB Qingdao, USD, based on 20 pcs per item. Mixed containers combining several SKUs and accessories are welcome and are quoted itemized — the 20-pc basis applies per item number, not per container.
Sample Orders
Samples start from 1 piece so you can verify quality in your market before committing to volume. Sample pricing is confirmed per order and typically carries a small surcharge over the 20-pc basis.
Custom & OEM/ODM Quotes

Validity & Incoterms
Prices are valid for the current production season; confirm final pricing with our sales team before ordering. FOB Qingdao is standard — CFR, CIF and DDP to major ports are available on request.
Pressure & Safety Specifications
All Inflatable Pool Factory drop-stitch pools run at a recommended 4–5 PSI daily operating pressure. Air chamber side walls carry a pressure-relief valve that automatically releases above 6 PSI, and every unit passes a 24–48 hour pressure-drop leak test before packing.

Material Preparation & CNC Cutting
High-density double-layer drop-stitch fabric — the same premium material used for our SUP boards — is fed into CNC cutting machines that precisely cut pool floors, side walls, and reinforcement patches per engineering blueprints.

Valve & Fitting Installation
Precise ports are punched in the designated wall panels, then 38 mm standard filter-pump ports, water shut-off valves, over-inflation safety valves, and drain valves are heat-sealed in place with absolute leak-proof sealing against internal air and water pressure.

Panel Assembly & Rail Bonding
The main floor and perimeter walls are joined into a single air chamber with specialized heat-welding equipment, and all edges and seams receive double or triple-layer reinforced PVC rail bands to withstand high internal pressure without deformation.

Accessory Integration & Finishing
Handles, repair-kit components, and optional covers (e.g. Oxford fabric lids) are fitted, followed by a thorough visual inspection of every seam, valve seal, and dimension for smooth finishes and strict spec adherence.

Pressure & Leak Testing
Every completed pool is inflated to its rated operating pressure and held for a rigorous 24–48 hour pressure-drop test, verifying air-tightness, structural rigidity, and zero leakage before final deflating, cleaning, and packaging.
